Sources say the former Chicago Board of Trade chairman "wandered around town" and spent as many as 45 days in the Chicago area a few months ago, even though there's an arrest warrant issued for him in Cook County. He's since returned to Europe, where he's reportedly now an Italian citizen.
Mr. Arbor made headlines in October when he skipped town as his pricey divorce from Antoinette Vigilante was winding down.
Meanwhile, the $18 million he was ordered to pay his ex-wife keeps growing as interest on the judgment accrues at a rate of $4,509.61 per day.
Mr. Arbor did not respond to an email request for comment.
