Happy Constitution Day: Obama's Enemy From The Grave Roger Sherman Gave Us The Provision That Can't Be Changed: " That No State, Without Its Consent, Shall Be Deprived Of Its Equal Suffrage In The Senate."

In honor of Constitution day it's easy to forget Obama's enemy from the grave, Roger Sherman. Liberal law professors like Cass Sunstein and Laurence Tribe tell us the Constitution is ever changing and an evolving document. Well, Roger Sherman gave us the Connecticut Compromise etched in stone : which is the only provision of the Constitution that can't be changed by amendment or another Constitutional Convention:
that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
Just a reminder, the structure of the Senate can't be changed no matter what Barack Obama says.
