The Cook Political Report explains the odds in November:

We give Republicans about a 50-50 chance of taking the majority. They are halfway there, but picking up the other three seats won’t be easy. They can afford to lose one of their own seats and still have a chance at 51 seats, but they can’t lose both Georgia and Kentucky. As the cycle progresses, the answers to many of the questions we posed above will become apparent. This will in turn provide some clarity as to just how close Republicans are to winning the majority, or whether Democrats have been able to erect enough roadblocks for them to be able to hold on to what would be a very slim majority.
