There are a couple other people I just want to acknowledge real quickly. Obviously, our Governor Pat Quinn is in the house. Please give him a big round of applause. (Applause.) Pat is doing a lot of hard stuff, and he’s doing it the right way. And I’m very appreciative for all the efforts that he’s making down in Springfield.This is the quote to nationalize the entire election for Republicans in 2014: Obama-Quinn approach, a 67% tax hike on everyone in the state of Illinois . The national media has be quite shy about asking Obama about his approval of Illinois' 67% state income increase: "the right way" for Barack Obama is looting the taxpayers . After all, Barack Obama feels more comfortable endorsing a candidate for Governor who raised state income taxes 67% than one that doesn't.
