Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett said Friday she preliminarily has disqualified the signatures from two petition circulators for U.S. Rep. John Conyers, endangering whether the Detroit Democrat will stay on the Aug. 5 primary ballot.No word yet on whether the Democrats will blame the Koch brothers for this one.
