Harry Reid: Koch brothers broke business laws

The Hill reports:

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) on Tuesday accused the bilionaire Koch brothers of violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, among other unsavory deeds, upping the ante in his battle with the GOP mega donors.

Reid blasted away at Charles and David Koch, two of the nation’s richest industrialists, who have poured tens of millions of dollars into an effort to defeat Democrats in 2014.

If Harry Reid believes it, why doesn't he say this outside the Senate floor???
