The Chicago Sun-Times and Rahm Emanuel : Why We're Not The Next Detroit

The Chicago Sun-Times reassures everyone:
Detroit has lost 60 percent of its population since its 1950s peak. For the first decade of the 21st century, Detroit was down 25 percent. For the same time periods, Chicago lost 25 percent and 7 percent of its population.
Two all Democrat party towns with high taxes.
