Stockton mayor calls cops to eject reporter from meeting

The Sacramento Bee reports:

Stockton's controversial Mayor Anthony Silva is making news again - by calling city cops to eject a Stockton Record reporter from a meeting of the organization he heads. The bankrupt city's mercurial mayor, who was profiled last week by The Bee's David Siders, apparently didn't like a Record reporter attending a meeting of the Boys and Girls Club, which he runs. So he had the cops remove the reporter, Roger Phillips, from the meeting.
