Insurer opposing Kevyn Orr's Detroit plan just emerged from bankruptcy

The Detroit Free Press reports:
One of the insurance companies that could help push the City of Detroit into bankruptcy just emerged from bankruptcy itself two months ago. Ambac Financial Group came out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 1, about 30 months after seeking protection from creditors after heavy losses on toxic mortgage-backed securities.
Irony in Blue America.
