NYT Editorial Slams Apple for Tax Avoidance Forgets to Mention Sulzberger Family Trusts

The New York Times editorial page attacks Apple for following the law:
Even before last week’s Senate hearing on Apple, it was clear that the aggressive use of tax havens and other tax avoidance tactics had become standard operating procedure for global American companies.
No word yet on when the New York Times will start writing editorials attacking Princeton for tax avoidance. Also, no word yet from the Times on this tax avoidance story:
A recent proxy statement from The New York Times Co. notes the Sulzberger family’s “1997 Trust” holds 738,810 shares of the company’s Class B stock and 1,400,000 shares of Class A stock — stock that came from the trusts of Iphigene Ochs Sulzberger and Adolph Ochs. Indeed, the Times is so wrapped up in trusts that the classic book on it is titled “The Trust.” Plus, the Times family, like Lauder, has a limited-liability company — Marujupu LLC, named for Marian, Ruth, Judith and “Punch” Sulzberger.
Yet, the Times beats up on Apple for creating jobs and profits!
