NEA awards $26.3 million in arts grants despite sequester

McClatchy reports:
The National Endowment for the Arts announced Tuesday that it was awarding $26.3 million in grants, continuing federal support for the arts despite the automatic 5 percent federal budget cuts that are in force.
Just a reminder the next time you heard about flight delays because of the FAA and sequestration. Because we all know , an important part of rent seeking is looting the taxpayers to fund art that can't make it in the free market.
