Former Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. was charged Friday with illegally spending $750,000 in campaign funds for personal use and could face up to 57 months in prison. He faces four charges — conspiracy, making false statements, and mail and wire fraud, according to court documents. His wife, former Ald.
