Sources: 3 Schaumburg officers arrested by federal agents

The Chicago Tribune reports:
Three Schaumburg police officers were arrested by federal agents today, three sources familiar with the investigation confirm. The officers were taken into custody by agents from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, the sources said.
There's more:
The officers involved are three veteran detectives who were arrested following an investigation by DuPage County authorities working with the DEA, a village source said. The detectives are accused of robbing drug dealers, allegedly taking their money and selling their drugs, sources said.
Yet, Rahm Emanuel and other Illinois politicians think only police officers should be able to walk around with guns!
