French Panel Overturns 75 Percent Tax on The Very Rich

The New York Times reports:

A French constitutional panel has thrown out a plan to tax the ultrawealthy at a 75 percent rate, saying it was excessive.

We are impressed that someone noticed the greed of socialists.
