Feds want Chicago cop to serve 19 years for Major Gang case

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
Federal guidelines call for a former Chicago police officer to serve life in prison after pleading guilty to racketeering conspiracy as an accomplice of the Latin Kings street gang but federal prosecutors recommend he serve 19 years.
There's more:
The government filed a sentencing memorandum on Alex Guerrero Wednesday, saying that he received 43 points in the federal sentencing guidelines, which is equal to life in prison. However, Guerrero’s plea agreement with the government called for prosecutors to request that he instead serve 19 years in prison.
Yet, Rahm Emanuel and thousands of Cook County Democrats think ONLY the police should own guns!
