Census 2010 : Chicago Lost 145,000 Children

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
Chicago lost approximately 145,000 school-age children between the 2000 and 2010 censuses, Chicago Public Schools said Tuesday, though it gained children in pockets on the Far Northwest Side, edges of the Southwest Side and along the North Side lakefront.
Yet, Rahm Emanuel wants to tell you Chicago is some sort of role model for America!
