Blacks Thrown Out of Work by Rahm's City Budget: Japanese Company Gets 30 Year Deal While Blacks Get Pink Slip

The Chicago Sun-Times reports on Rahm's new city of Chicago budget that passed 46-3. Alderman Fioretti voted against the budget:

Police hiring is not Fioretti’s only contention. He’s also concerned about Emanuel’s 30-year digital billboard deal and about the mayor’s decision to hire a Japanese technology company to replace a Water Management call center that employs 34 people, 80 percent of them African-American.
