Wall St. profits soar, but jobs, N.Y. taxes drop

USA Today reports:

Although profits continue to grow on Wall Street, jobs are declining along with tax revenue that's vital to the state and New York City, according to an annual earnings and employment report released Tuesday by New York state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli.
