Mitt Romney brought the Chicago teachers strike into the presidential race, saying Monday he was "disappointed' in Chicago's teachers union. As Chicago teachers went on strike Monday, Romney blamed President Obama, saying his administration has taken the side of teachers unions in disputes with school districts.
