Judge tosses Grant Park curfew in Occupy Chicago protesters’ case: Why Did Obama 2008 Rally Get Special Treatment?

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
A Cook County judge on Wednesday threw out the charges against 92 Occupy Chicago protesters who were arrested in Grant Park last year, saying the law they were charged under is unconstitutional. The city had arrested and charged the protesters in October last year for not leaving the park after it closed at 11 p.m.
There's more:
In a sharp rebuke to Emanuel’s administration, the judge said the city has treated the Occupy Chicago rally differently than the Obama 2008 presidential election victory rally. The judge noted that the Obama rally also violated the curfew, but no one was arrested.
Ouch. Double ouch.
