Ryan Could Make Wisconsin a True Battleground

The National Journal reports:

Ryan won re-election in his southeastern Wisconsin district with 68 percent of the vote in 2010 and with 64 percent in 2008. “If the Republican ticket performs in that district as well as Ryan did, that could be enough to tilt the state,” said Democratic consultant Evan Zeppos.
