The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows Mitt Romney and President Obama each attracting support from 45% of voters nationwide. Five percent (5%) prefer some other candidate, and five percent (5%) are undecided. The president leads by eight in Connecticut. That’s down from his 22-point margin four years ago but still enough for the state to be ranked as Safe Obama in the Rasmussen Reports Electoral College Projections. Obama also remains ahead in New Mexico, while Romney's comfortably out front in Montana.
