With age, education and gender gaps, New York City voters oppose 51 - 46 percent Mayor Michael Bloomberg's proposed ban on the sale of over-sized sugary soft drinks, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.
Men oppose the ban 55 - 41 percent while women support it by a slim 50 - 47 percent margin, the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University poll finds.
