How Will Obama Regime and IRS Determine If You Are Amish to Avoid ObamaCare Tax?

Stuffed inside the ObamaCare bill is an exemption for the Amish. Obviously, the Obama Regime and the U.S. Supreme Court feel other religions aren't deemed worry of equal protection under the law. Question for the Obama Regime and the IRS: who's deemed an Amish? Can a future President Romney exempt everyone who in good faith "claims" they are Amish?
