Rolling Stone: Rahm Emanuel Has a Problem With Democracy

Rolling Stone reports:

Ben Joravsky, the indefatigable City Hall reporter for the alternative weekly Chicago Reader got so fed up with this that he used the Freedom of Information Act to obtain the mayor's private schedule. What he found: The amount of time a constituent spent with the mayor was robustly correlated with how much money that constituent contributed to the mayor.
