As expected, MF Global Inc. assistant treasurer Edith O’Brien refused to testify at a congressional hearing today on her role in a $200 million transfer ordered by former CEO Jon Corzine, part of $1.6 billion in missing customer funds when the futures trading firm went bankrupt.
