The latest monthly employment report, released Friday, was not particularly good news for California, whose jobless rate was unchanged in February at 10.9 percent with more than two million workers unemployed.California voters love the status quo!
That's a bit better that it was during the depths of the recession, but not much, the data from the federal Bureau of Labor Statistic indicate.
