NBC Chicago Looks at Blago's Father-In-Law :Chicago Mob Linked Alderman Dick Mell

NBC Chicago reports on Alderman Dick Mell the father-in-law of Rod Blagojevich. As you can probably guess, Dick Mell has heard the name of the late Alphonse Tornabene and Chicago Mob boss Sam "Wings" Carlisi. But, Dick Mell's favorite "made member" appears to be Fred Roti who Alderman Mell honored in Chicago's City Council.
