Blagojevich judge sides with feds on key sentencing issues

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:
Nearly three years to the day after his arrest on Dec. 9, 2008 on corruption charges, a subdued former Gov. Rod Blagojevich faced an immediate setback Tuesday at the start of his two-day sentencing hearing, with several key rulings going against him regarding the length of his possible prison sentence.
