Jay-Z 101: Georgetown sociology course focuses on rap star; The World Socialist Professor Eric Dyson

Think college is a rip-off at these tuition levels? Government subsidized Georgetown doesn't. The Washington Post reports:
Georgetown’s Jay-Z course has also sparked conversations between students and the parents who sign their tuition checks — $40,920 for the 2011-2012 academic year. Ryan Zimmerman, a senior double-majoring in government and sociology, says his folks weren’t thrilled when he enrolled.
The course is taught by Professor Eric Dyson who is a member of the Democratic Socialists of America.
