Is Obama's Jobs Bill Looking to Bailout the 14,048 Illinois Public School Teachers Who Made Over $100,000 A Year in 2010?

As everyone knows by now, Barack Obama thinks people in the private sector should take a cut in pay by paying higher taxes. Obama thinks public school teachers are underpaid. Yet, in him home state of Illinois, a whopping 14,048 teachers made over $100,000 in salary a year in 2010! Is Obama's jobs bill just a scam to prevent lower salaries by the greedy tenured teachers? Those high Illinois salaries always get converted into campaign contributions for candidates like Barack Obama.
