One in seven drivers has no insurance

USA Today reports:

Automobile insurance is compulsory in every state except New Hampshire

Click on the USA Today graphic chart. You'll notice that New Hampshire has a lower percentage of uninsured drivers than places like Calfornia , Illinois, Florida, and many other states. Gee, what we do without insurance mandates? Something to consider when thinking about ObamaCare.
