Texas Is Number One in Corporate Headquarters of Fortune 500 Companies With 64

In July of 2010 CNBC named Texas the number one state for business. Texas is number with 64 Fortune 500 corporate headquarters. Lately, you've been hearing that Texas creates mostly minimum wage jobs. Of course this is silly. But, when is Illinois and California going to create some minimum wage jobs so they can recover not only from the 2008 recession but the 2001 recession?
