Rick Perry Era: Since December 2000 America Lost 1.3 Million Jobs While Texas Gained 1 Million Jobs

The Miami Herald reports:

Since Perry became governor in December 2000, Texas has added more than 1 million jobs, while the country has lost 1.3 million.
