Maximum property tax hike sought for Chicago public schools

The Chicago Sun-Times reports:

Property taxes for schools would be raised to the maximum allowed by law for the first time in four years

A public school system with 200 half empty schools wants to raise taxes to the max! That's the Chicago Way!
