Porn star Jenna Jameson didn’t show up at two suburban theaters where she had signed a contract to appear, and now a judge in DuPage County has taken a step toward finding her in default in a lawsuit that asked that she be ordered to pay more than $50,000 sought by the owner of Hollywood Palms Cinema in Naperville and the Hollywood Boulevard Cinema In Woodridge.
DuPage County Judge Patrick Leston entered an order of default Wednesday against Jameson after she didn’t show up in court and didn’t send a lawyer in the breach-of-contract case filed by theater owner Ted E.C. Bulthaup III.
