As an update to my continuing effort to construct a biography of U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald as well as provide special reporting related to the retrial of Milorad Blagojevich, I am writing this morning to officially report upon and inform The May Report and NuclearChicago readership of the following:

As we enter our fourth day of testimony from Milorad Blagojevich, pursuant to a previous NuclearChicago Report (http://tinyurl.com/nuclearchicago-blagogate) – there is still a gigantic elephant in the room. Specifically, we still do not have an answer related to who leaked classified Department of Justice (DOJ) information regarding the confidential Blagojevich wiretaps?

Further, there is an additional gigantic elephant in the room – will the Federal Government call upon Antoin “Tony” Rezko as a rebuttal witness to Congressman Jackson’s allegations of a $25,000 pay-to-play extortion attempt (http://tinyurl.com/nuclearchgo-willrezkotestify)?
