Chicago Has 100 Public Schools With 40% Occupancy or Less

The Chicago Sun-Times reports on the troubles in Chicago Public School system:
A $720 million deficit. A graduation rate “stuck” at 53 percent. Reading scores that “have not improved in years.” More than 100 schools out of 600-plus, he claimed, now operating at “40 percent or less” of capacity.
Great moments in public education! They sure know how to "manage" resources in the public sector.
