Former Cook County Commissioner Tony Peraica dares to ask the question of the old legacy media:
From 2000-2010, 237,000 people left Detroit, while 200,000 left Chicago. Yet, Detroit is a disaster, and Chicago is portrayed as fine. Why?
Detroit sure needs the Chicago-style Newsweek treatment. If Newsweek would only go to certain neighborhoods in Chicago: they might think they are in Detroit.
