Fitzgerald called Emanuel the morning Rod Blagojevich was arrested in 2008 to let him know his name would likely come up in the complaint filed against Blagojevich. Emanuel then had just been tapped to be chief of staff at the White House. Discussion about the phone call came up in federal court Wednesday.
