Chrysler in talks to refinance U.S. debt

The Detroit News reports:

Chrysler Group LLC Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne said Friday the automaker was in talks to refinance its bailout loans, and criticized the government for charging the company "shyster" rates.

It takes a certain sense of style to complain about getting bailed out, especially since the car market could survive just fine without union-built-Chrysler-made cars.
