Black book of escort service released to defense attorney

The Detroit Free Press reports:
A federal judge has given a Florida defense attorney permission to get a full copy of the so-called black book of Miami Companions, an alleged escort service that was busted in metro Detroit last summer.

But today's ruling came with a catch.

U.S. District Judge Arthur Tarnow said that attorney Paul DeCailly can get a copy of the computer disc that contains the client list, but he can’t copy the disc, nor can he print out any information from it. Tarnow also ordered the U.S. Attorney's Office to come up with a way that would make the disc copy-proof.
