6 Month Wait to Recall Illinois Governor Quinn

WLS reports:
Thinking of using the Illinois Governor Recall Amendment approved by voters last November to oust Governor Pat Quinn? You have to wait six months.

Sponsor of the legislation, Democratic State Representative Jack Franks says the legislation is designed to give a newly elected governor a chance. Franks says the legislation was designed in such a way so as not to recall a governor because you simply disagree with them on a policy position.
The recall campaign is on thanks to Mike Shedlock.
