Democrat Political Strategist Says Republicans Aren't Doing Well in Fast Growing Areas

The Washington Post quotes Democrat political strategist Ruy Teixeira:

"Republicans do the best in areas that are typically not growing very fast and don't look like the present, or certainly the future, of the country,"

Ruy Teixeira hasn't heard that the South now has more population than the Midwest and the Northeast combined , according to the Census Bureau. Maybe Teixeira hasn't heard of the fact that Republicans are winning in America's fastest growing counties.
