Court date set for CBS reporter Jay Levine

This morning I was live in studio to respond to radio host Amy Jacobson's defense of CBS reporter Jay Levine against me. I signed an arrest warrant and late yesterday law enforcement set Levine's court date for November 19th. He still has yet to be processed criminally - I will keep you posted on any updates.
