He's a great picture from Chicago's City Council in the 1980's. On the left, is Chicago Alderman Fred Roti described in 1991 in the U.S. Attorney General's annual report as a member of La Cosa Nostra(LCN) and his good friend Alderman Ed Vrdolak( who was plead guilty in Operation Board Games). Check out the picture gallery of Chicago's Hall of Shame. Alderman Roti is buried just feet away from Al Capone in a graveyard in suburban Chicago.
