Only 2 California House races IDd as competitive

The San Francisco Chronicle reports:
The anti-Congress fervor sweeping the nation may threaten Democrats' majority in the House and Speaker Nancy Pelosi's leadership position but it poses little threat to California's representatives, nearly all of whom appear poised to win re-election.

The incumbent advantage is remarkable in light of polls showing fewer than one in five Californians approve of the job Congress is doing. And it seems to contradict predictions of an upheaval on election day.
