A Long Island legislator will served 18 months in federal prison for failing to report on his taxes $226,000 he received from a developer.
Nassau County Legislator Roger Corbin was sentenced Monday. Federal Judge Sandra Feuerstein also ordered Corbin to serve three years of supervised release after his prison term and to undergo gambling counseling.
