A pro-union firm knew Eesha Williams was a rabble-rousing labor activist when it hired the Vermont journalist to write for the Massachusetts AFL-CIO’s online news site.
But Prometheus Labor Communications Inc., a small Westfield company that works closely with unions to build their Web presence, probably wasn’t expecting Williams to turn on the firm, accusing it of firing him for trying to form a workplace union.
