Court orders paper to ID commenters

UPI reports:
An Illinois court has ordered a newspaper to disclose the names of two Web site commentators accused of defaming an Ottawa couple.

The 3rd District Appellate Court issued a 2-1 ruling Tuesday ordering the Ottawa Publishing Co., which publishes The Times newspaper and its Web site, MyWebTimes.com, to reveal the names of commentators who said Donald and Janet Maxon bribed Ottawa Plan Commission members to approve their bed-and-breakfast plans, the Chicago Tribune reported Friday.
